What We Do
We assist the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in their mission to conserve, protect, and enhance fish, wildlife, plants and their habitats.
Where We Work
The Friends supports and assists the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service with staffing the Bayou Lacombe Visitor Center, environmental education programs, special events, internships, habitat restoration and nature resource management projects at the Southeast Louisiana National Wildlife Refuges complex.
