Service Saturday - Getting ready for Cajun Christmas 2024
We are getting ready for Cajun Christmas! Are you interested in service hours? Come join us to help with service projects around the Southeast Louisiana Wildlife Refuges. Volunteer projects include inside and outside options. Event held rain or shine. Please RSVP: lwrfriends@gmail.com

About the event
Our Service Saturdays are a great way to earn service hours and meet other refuge volunteers. The projects for this Service Saturday will focus on helping prepare for our Cajun Christmas event. We will be decorating the Cajun cabin and getting ready for Santa's visit. We will have both inside and outside project options available. For outdoor projects, closed toed shoes, outdoor wear is recommended.Â
We will meet at the Southeast Louisiana Wildlife Refuge Headquarters main parking lot at 8:00am.Â
We provide all tools, and supplies needed for the projects. Light snacks and water provided.Â
