We are sad to announce the passing of Jim Schmidt, a tireless champion for the
Friends of Louisiana Wildlife Refuges, Inc.
Jim was a critical force in rebuilding
this organization after Hurricane Katrina.
With Jim's efforts, we have become a strong and effective voice supporting
wildlife conservation and education.
We are eternally grateful for
Jim Schmidt's dedication to the
Friends of Louisiana Wildlife Refuges
and we will miss him dearly.
Jim, you will always be with us in spirit.
