Breton National Wildlife Refuge is one of the refuges managed from the US Fish & Wildlife Service's refuge headquarters complex in Lacombe, La.



Breton National Wildlife Refuge, established in 1904, is the second oldest refuge in the National Wildlife Refuge System. The Refuge is a series of barrier islands, comprising Breton Island and the Chandeleur Islands in the Gulf of Mexico.

This map shows some of the FREE attractions and things to see at the Fish & Wildlife Service's Headquarters Complex at 61389 LA-434, Lacombe, LA 70445.


The grounds and trails are open Monday through Friday 7:30 AM until 4 PM. Saturday 8:30 AM until 4 PM. Closed on Sunday.
