2022 Annual Youth Fishing Rodeo - Bogue Chitto Refuge (1)

We are so excited to bring back the Annual Youth Fishing Rodeo to Bogue Chitto National Wildlife Refuge in person! Come on over on Saturday June 11 and fish along the banks of the Bogue Chitto National Wildlife Refuge. All children  4-12 years of age are welcome to register for prizes. Prizes are given for children's age categories, for categories of fish, as well as overall biggest fish.

Click on the Register Now button to start your registration today. Registration Fee is $20.00 per child which supports the Friends of Louisiana Wildlife Refuges Inc.,. Each registered angler will receive fishing pole, tackle, bait (worms), a tee-shirt and lunch for the whole family. Extra Tee Shirts can be purchased for $10. Click on the Extra Tee Shirt Ticket.  Each angler will need a separate registration form completed. Phone reservations are not taken. Registration is first come first served. All tee shirt orders must be in by May 20th. Registrations received after May 20 will not be guaranteed a tee shirt.
